    How Do I Open an Account with School Furniture of Canada?

    If you would like to open an account with School Furniture of Canada, please view our Forms Library in the Help Center and fill out the New Account Application form

    Fax the completed “New Account Application” to 781-767-9544. (Please make sure you put “Attention: New Account Request” at the top of the form)

    If you have already received an estimate for work, please put the estimate number on the top of your form as well.
